sailya takes care of all the marketing activities, the communications, the charter administration including the payments, and can offer advice regarding your clients’ travel and other logistical needs. Our services are summarised as follows:

Marketing

• Advertising and promotion of your boat and services on the sailya website
• Creation and management of all publicity and promotional materials including electronic mailings and presentation cards

Communications

• Management of all communications by email and telephone as well as handling all enquiries about the boat and the services you provide

Charter Administration

• Preparation and finalisation of the charter agreement
• Management of the charter payments on behalf of the contracted parties

Travel and Logistics

• Consultation and advice to your clients regarding travel arrangements including flight bookings, confirmations and insurance cover.

In order for sailya to offer a professional and fully inclusive service, the following information is required:
Details of the boat including a brief history, photographs, the seasonal sailing schedule and any other literature that is helpful in marketing and promoting the boat.

sailya also requires information about the Skipper including level of sailing experience and any professional certifications.
